• Design and overhaul website to fit with the needs of my business

• Adding pages and highlighting for services
• Creating a user friendly and functional website on Shopify
• Guiding me as a customer to navigate Shopify as well as Zoho for email

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designer I worked with from ConvyLab was able to create a great looking website for me according to my budget and needs. This website represents me as a person and I am overall pleased that this is what people will find when they do a search or find me by referral. I have started to receive clients as well as being able to promote my services and promote publication and other projects through this new site.

The care and communication I received from my designer Munna with ConvyLab was very professional and thorough. The project was completed within my ideal time-frame. Whenever I had questions, I was always attended to with information, guidance and patience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was intrigued by the technical tools for visual guidance that were shared with me as a client, as well the professionalism and skill of the designer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ConvyLab could have done differently?

Honestly, I do not think I have any critiques on this end. Any instance where there was a slight delay in communcation had to do with human occurances out of anyone's control. And anything that needed attending to got taken care of promptly. Since this is my first time hiring a professional designer for web design, I believe I have chosen quite well. I would easily recommend ConvyLab to anyone looking for a professional website overhaul or design from scratch.
