I am a Marketing Manager at HerbOrganic. HerbOrganic is a brand of organic, vegan and cruelty free skin care products which is based in London, England.

For what projects/services did your company hire Content Majestic?

We were looking to create a brand identity and also to market our products online. So basically we wanted an agency who is capable and creative enough to handle our social media. We hired Content Majestic for Social media marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

As we were launching our ecommerce store we need the best agency for social media marketing for these amazing products. As now a days there is a lot of competition in organic beauty care products. So we wanted to stand out from the rest. And of course we wanted sales as well

Me and my team were searching for agencies online and asked different agencies for proposal. We came across Content Majestic and they also sent us a proposal. So after reviewing a proposal we had a meeting with the agencies and the ideas shared by Content Majestic amazed our whole team. So we thought that the agency we are looking for is Content majestic.

After selecting the agency we had around 2 meetings in which we discussed the ideas we had in mind and what we wanted. in the 3rd meeting they came up with a 3months strategy for us which was truly amazing.

The ideas they came up with really got us. Even the artworks and banners they designed for us was approved by our boss instantly just some minor edits which were our company's guidelines. Rest the artworks were greatly designed.

A project manager was assigned to our projects but a creative manager was also involved in the meetings for artworks and banners designs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once we started social media marketing we had an amazing response on facebook and instagram as well. And we even got sales through social media as well which impressed us. And I personally think it was the strategy and the designs that really attracted potential customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager shared monthly content calendar for approval in advance. And once the content calendar was approved by us they shared the artworks for approval. this was all done in advance so that we don't have any complications. Any artworks for sales or any product to be marketed more was intimated to content majestic which they also did apart from the approved content calendar.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were blown away by the knowledge and the strategy they came up with in the 3rd meeting, it was like they completely understand our brand and products really well and they know how to market these products according to our target audience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No we were satisfied with their work and i don't find any areas of improvement. They are a team of professionals who knows what to do and what their client wants.

My truck online brings revolution in the trucking industry. A platform connecting truckers, suppliers & vendors. We provide consistent monitoring and visibility of current status and live activity of the trucks with on-time generation of reports. I am a Marketing Manager for My Truck Online.

MTO hired Content Majestic for website & application design and development plus for creating content and creatives. The main goals were to create an online presence for trucking services.

How did you select Content Majestic and what were the deciding factors?

Before initiating with the project we were deciding what will be best for creating a presence online. We had numerous meetings with different digital marketing agencies. We received a proposal from Content Majestic. We setup a meeting with them and the ideas and strategies plus the creatives they presented really impressed us, so we selected content majestic for the project.

In the first meeting they came up with few strategies which got us amazed. Then in the second meeting they delivered the wire-frames and mockups for the website and mobile application. We had some edits and alterations to those which we highlighted, and then they delivered us the wireframe with all the alterations according to us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was assigned for our project who was our main point of contact. And there were 2 developers and a designer also involved.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The concept of online trucking service was really something good. The strategies, design and development was amazing and after getting our website live we started getting a really great response. Our revenue was increasing day by day. By the end of third month after starting our sales increased by approximately 68%.

We had bi-weekly video call meetings with the project manager regarding the updates on our projects. And we were also given daily updates on our project on the email as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their strategy and design skills were the most impressive along with their professionalism and their customer service. The website design and the mobile application design and development was really something that impressed our company heads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After getting the website live there was a small issue in our website that it was taking long to open which they got the issue resolved on priority. So overall it was an amazing experience and we don't find any areas of improvement as they are a professional and creative digital marketing agency.

We started looking for different companies for our website. We scheduled a meeting with Content Majestic. And in the first meeting we were truly impressed by them. As compared to other companies we found Content Majestic to be one of the best among which we met for the project.

Once we finalized them we had few meetings regarding the design brief. Then we finalized the design as they proposed some really good designs which we were looking for. There was a bit minor delay but that was acceptable.

A Project manager-digital marketing was assigned for the project. He was really professional and really knew what we wanted and what they were doing.

After the completion of the website we started SEO services as well from content Majestic. In the first month our sales boosted up by approximately 66%.

The project manager was giving prompt updates on our project. And they even suggested better things regarding the project which impressed us a lot. We had meetings twice a week and we received the updates regarding the project on daily basis from Content Majestic.

We were truly amazed by the knowledge and professionalism the company had regarding website design and development. They even suggested and advised us what would be best for our company regarding the project.

Everything was up to the mark. Their customer service and after sales services were really amazing. And the project turned out to be great which really impressed our company heads.
