BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Managing Director and CEO of Shobhit Enterprises. We deal in Paper and Packaging Boards in Rajasthan, India.

For what projects/services did your company hire Connect Globes Web Solution LLP, and what were your goals?

We were facing issues in Managing the Sales and Operations of the organization as we deals in entire Rajasthan and we have team members and customers in different parts of the state. So we approached Connect Globes to get the Solution for the Problem where I can manage and watch the Daily Processes and Progress.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of my friends referred Connect Globes to me as he was using their services already. I have got very positive feedback from my friend and I personally met the Team of Connect Globes online and I have seen their capabilities, So I have decided to go ahead with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

So we needed 2 things. First, I needed a system where I could manage my sales process. We needed something that my sales team can use to properly manage their daily sales calls, follow-ups, and payment schedules and the same should be supervised by me anytime. The second is a proper system to connect and manage purchases, operations, sales, bills, and related activities.

So Connect Globes started working on the CRM first and side by side they have started an ERP system as well. As I wanted to implement all the systems together so I have asked them to deliver everything at once. But we used to discuss the progress every 15 days and their team only move forward after my approval. Technologies used were Angular, Material Design, Mongo DB, Node JS *And I must mention this... I have gotten a basic website as gift from them to which I was not aware of.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I don't remember the exact numbers, but the main person or the project manager who was leading everything and there were approx. 3-5 developers and designers who used to work basis the requirement of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have a very nice testing system which led us to launch a perfect software on time. Initially, we have decided to launch the system on 1st April but they delivered the project at the end of February. We tested the project in Live Environment for 1 month so that the errors could be minimized.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They managed everything nicely in my project. We used to communicate over Skype, Zoom, and Calls. As I mentioned above they delivered the project on time and they never missed any timeline committed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First. Their Project Manager was very good and Second. He used to keep me in the Discussion with the team while Explaining the Project Flow and Functionalities. So there was no room for any confusion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As per my knowledge, they are working professionally and they did a nice job.
