We are new startup providing postal delivery services to customers across india, we basically deal with government documents.

We Hired Condor Technology Associates for providing a end to end complete solution comprising of Desktop / Web / Mobile applications development

Our project was to expand the customer base across the nation and we were looking for a simple and robust solution which helped in tracking and tracing the deliveries.

We posted and contacted through various sources and Condor Technology Associates was referred as they were in this industry since 2003. They were industry experts on providing bespoke solutions for our industry

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Our solution was to develop a complete management solution for B2C and B2B businesses. We had to connect to Delivery centers which were not connected to internet, so were provided a offline desktop based solution. Similarly a Mobile for Field staffs too

Their team was of 5 member who stayed with us to support on various platforms and support.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This developed solution helped us achieve a greater transparency and productivity increase from traditional delivery model. And which helped us to prove our customer we are ahead of other competitors.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were very helpful and used an agile model, which helped us accomplish our ideas. Their were supportive and we never faced any delay on crisis period. Their top management too was accessible 24×7 for any queries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were provided a common platform where all our queries were attended and fixed on specified timeline without any delays. Moreover they are always on personal touch to us in addressing our non technical issues which are out of their scope too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As per our understanding we don't feel any improvement, but i wish they could showcase clients different pricing models and being lesser than premium pricing.
