For what projects/services did your company hire Comston Technologies, and what were your goals?

As our company was increasing in sales and branches we wanted to create an automatic inventory check system and chatbot with previous customer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw their real project and was happy with the outcome. I initially attended one of their online startup presentation.

The project went very smooth and the team addressed all of our needs to the project.

Being as a new startup without many resources, it was helpful to have them be able to cover all aspects of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Comston made the inventory project which made our work notable fast and the same time we can focus on our customers experience by our internal chatbots system it was also super easy.

They were always open to any discussion with us during the project. Noted our ideas and the most important the project was finished before the deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team looks very young and same time they are super experienced. The developers were technically strong.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As the team was very busy usually to contact however they are one of the best technology companies that we’ve worked last few years.

Our team wanted to automate the ongoing processes in our company, like order booking and updating the status of the current orders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have searched some services providing such kinda work. I searched in LinkedIn and Facebook, and found several options. After checking all possible options, I took this company, as I thought it will be a good option, considering their work description and examples of previous work

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

As the project is ongoing, there is not so much to say about. By this time we managed to sketch the overall appearance of the product. I am very glad with the job of these guys, as I really liked the preview models of my product.

There was a bunch of workers on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the project is ongoing, no outcomes werent faced yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

By this time, it was very effective, as we always manage meetings on time, and discuss all stuff in pleasant manner

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like their team's attitude and their willingness to work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is not any issues with them, but I think if they will increase the number of meetings, it would be better. Overall, its okay
