Planned and implemented the API integration hand in hand with constant communication with the whole Computan team.

After launch, our database was flowing properly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Computan had the best experience in the CRM space, we felt that they were the most capable team, not to mention they were extremely easy to work with. Very communicative.

They designed and developed a middleware system that pulled data from Shopify and posted it in the middleware that then mapped all the information into Voyado.

They created an amazing system that has worked flawlessly since project completion

They did everything on time and were extremely communicative. When issues arose, they took the lead and figured out a solution. As a project manager, they made my life extremely easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the lead. Most developers I've worked with need constant supervision, meetings, and discussions to hit the end goal. Computan understood the assignment and took the lead.

Only feedback I'd recommend is to continue to give an update on completed and outstanding items because they can get buried in email trails.

There is currently no one on staff with the skills and bandwidth to make the changes to the corporate website. Computan was retained to enable these changes and help with some Hubspot tasks.

Very good results to projects and generally in a timely manner.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Utilize Freedcamp (introduced by Computan) and some emails. This is very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Professionalism, expertise and a great attitude

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really but sometimes due to time differences there's an occasional delay. Always dealt with quickly though.

I’m an account manager at a digital advertising agency.

We brought them on to fill many of our clients’ needs including web development, security, and content creation.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to provide a variety of services to our clients.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Our digital project manager heard good things about them. We tested a single project and then arranged a monthly fee.

Our fee entitled us to a certain number of work hours we used on several projects for different clients. Computan kept track of the hours and were flexible in transferring them from one month to another.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project management team. Some individual projects also had multiple points of contact.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We shared briefs via Basecamp. Their management team reached out with clarifying questions if necessary and ensured everyone was on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They executed our projects and responded to our briefs rapidly. If we raised an issue, they were quick to rework the project and resolve it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Modifying their communication from time to time would be helpful, but they handled a large time difference well. We didn’t have any collaboration problems.
