We at Fable India, are importers & retailers of mobile phone accessories currently catering usb charging cables & mobile phone covers. We have our presence over Amazon.in & flipkart apart from our own portal.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to establish our brand as a leading mobile accessories provider pan India. To achieve this we decided to branch out of e commerce platforms & start our own website & create awareness for superior products via Instagram & facebook.

They designed, developed my website. Provided me with domain & server services. Also helped me with google address, webmail services. They optimized my Facebook page, created a new Instagram page. Designed banners for the same. They arranged a refreshed photo shoot for my products as well. Also helped me for A+ category listing on Amazon.in

What was the team composition?

The project team was about 6 people. One was the partner in this firm overseeing the complete project. There was one front end & one back end developer working on my website. One Freelance photographer for my product shoot. Two SMO's working on my facebook & Instagram presence.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They delivered before promised time. The final product was effortless, smooth & bug free as promised. My sales on Amazon after the new listing has increased by nearly 25% Also the engagements & insights on Facebook & Instagram have multiplied manyfold. I have started getting good no of visits on my webiste & even have achieved a 5% conversion rate

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The communication was neat, crisp & prompt. Never too long & always detailed when needed. Never was a delay on any thing from their side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their teamwork, commitment, and skill set were very impressive. They are a cohesive unit & work perfectly in sync like a well oiled machine. Also their HR skills are commendable. A friendly vibe has developed with their team over the course of my project there.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only suggestion to this team would be keep at the good work & expand their team. Keep their work ethics about it & very soon they will achieve new pinnacles of success in their business.
