I’m the commercial manager for GCR3, a hiring and team strategy business.

What challenge were you trying to address with CODI Agency?

We wanted people to understand our agnostic hiring process across multiple sectors and verticals, so we hired CODI Agency to market our methodology and how we do things differently as opposed to the normal hiring process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CODI Agency provides us with SEO Strategy and digital marketing. The current stage of our engagement is basically creating awareness on LinkedIn for our message and informing people that we’re reinventing a 20-year old business.

Their deliverables are to improve our exposure, set us up as thought leaders in the industry, and increase the breadth of our LinkedIn contacts.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Coco (LinkedIn Solutions Lead) and we initially had a content creator, account manager, commercial specialist, and video editor for the scoping of our program.

How did you come to work with CODI Agency?

I was researching digital media companies within the area that I live in and identified five vendors. CODI Agency seemed to tick a lot of our boxes so we chose to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $80,000 AUD (approximately $58,100 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing relationship started in June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with CODI Agency, we’ve gained over 500 views on most of our video posts and established about 340 new LinkedIn connections. We’ve also been really happy with the general feedback from our customers.

How did CODI Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed very well from a project management perspective. They’re a very streamlined business with a structured timeline, and they’re very flexible whenever we have other projects and priorities we need to focus on.

We mostly communicate through Zoom, Google Meet, phone, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their level of enthusiasm and engagement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t have anything they could improve on. At the start of our partnership, they’ve had around five people listening and contributing to the scoping of the project, so we felt that they were really invested in our company and the outcomes.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise being clear with your strategy and having a comprehensive idea of what content you want to put forward.
