This coffee plantation industry operates as an integrated ecosystem encompassing cultivation, post-harvest processing through its own coffee processor facilities, and the empowerment of local coffee shops by providing raw materials and training. 
In addition to producing high-quality coffee beans, it also develops specialty products such as cold brew and other coffee-based derivatives. Its primary goal is to create added value across the entire supply chain, strengthen the role of farmers and small coffee businesses, and promote a sustainable, competitive coffee industry.

This enabled better coordination with farmer partners, resulting in a 30% increase in recorded transactions and consistent inventory tracking. Additionally, the introduction of a centralized data system laid the foundation for future certifications and compliance, positioning Kalamakara as a credible and scalable industry player.

Creating POS with feature input order and print struct with thermal printer via bluetooth. Deliverables contain code at github and the apps in playstore.

The POS app is very good, fast performance, can print struct easily with no problem. And the important one is Codespace Indonesia suggest the optimum and efficiency infrastructure based on user and operational scope so we can using the budget for other things

So, they delivered on time actually. But because one or two problem from us (delivery assets) make postponed release.

I think the development documentation is need improvement.
