For what projects/services did your company hire coderz.cz, and what were your goals?

We needed to create an e-commerce for our physical shop, to allow customers to see the products and order them from home. We immediately started achieving good results with more than 100 visits per day

How did you select coderz.cz and what were the deciding factors?

They have been recommended from a common friend. We say their previous works and asked for a quotation. It has been very easy and pleasant to reach to an agreement. We worked in a close collaboration for the whole duration of the project.

They asked us numbers relating the sales, and based on this they made a marketing analysis to check the economic benefit of the project. They supplied us with a prospect and flow charts.

The following step was the agreement with our suppliers to uniform the data collection format. Then some graphic designs of the e-commerce have been done, and we choose our favorite.

The development took about three months and we went online with the shop early December 2020.

One project manager was constantly in contact with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Definitely we had an increase in sales, maybe it is still early to say numbers, because the e-commerce has been set online during the holidays. Currently we are having between 100 and 150 visits per day and between 20 and 30 sales per day. We basically doubled the shop sales.

We were in touch using WhatApp. We requested some changes to the basic functionality provided and they where delivered in one week. All the deadlines were met. We also had a nice follow up during the first month of online business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many were the elements that we appreciated working with coderz.cz Staring from how they clearly presented the project, the professionalism that they always put in any single action, the quality and accuracy of their work and a constant availability of the whole team. Not last how they met the deadline with success. Definitely recommended.
