Improved Operational Efficiency: The custom software reduced manual administrative tasks freeing up staff time and improving response rates to user enquiries and service requests.
Faster Turnaround: Internal processes such as onboarding and report generation that previously took hours now take minutes, thanks to automation features built into the software.
These outcomes have not only met but exceeded our initial objectives, contributing to increased visibility, better user engagement, and more efficient internal operations

Codemarine demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. Despite being based in India while we are UK-based, communication was clear, consistent, and well-coordinated. We held regular progress meetings via video calls which helped maintain full visibility and accountability at every stage.

They adhered closely to the agreed timelines, with all major deliverables completed on schedule or ahead of time. Milestones were clearly defined, and any adjustments were proactively communicated and mutually agreed upon.

Overall, our experience with Codemarine Technologies was very positive. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be whilst communication was generally strong, occasional delays in clarifying complex requirements could be further improved with more visual mockups or wireframes earlier in the design phase. This would help bridge any gaps in interpretation and speed up decision-making.

That said, they were always receptive to feedback and quick to adapt when suggestions were made.

The project delivered real, measurable improvements that clearly showed it was a success. We hired them for two projects: designing an e-learning platform for the courses we teach at our school and designing our school’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For the e-learning platform, we provided them with all the materials, and they designed an interactive e-learning tool for us to make learning fun for our students. The program used for e-learning was Articulate Storyline. Using this platform, they created interactive content for the students.

Regarding the website, we also provided them with all the materials, and they helped us build a website for our students to know more about us. We asked them to make the website available in two languages.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very satisfied with the final results. We had created a timeline and set out when we needed the specific features to be completed. For example, the wireframe of the website was the first feature on the timeline. It built the foundation of the website.

Moreover, our website had many pages, and each page had different information. The completion of each page indicated success because it meant that we had completed that aspect of the website.

They always delivered on time and responded well to our needs. They were also very accommodating when we needed to change something. We communicated through WhatsApp.
