How did Code Brew Labs perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Excel sheets to track progress and bug fixes. The team is prompt in fixing bugs. We work in different phases with different features. Each phase is free of bugs before moving to the next phase. We develop, test, and fix bugs before moving to the next phase. Each new phase touches the development of the code, so bugs are expected.We determine when to move to the next phase when the key points in the Excel sheet have been treated. These key points aren't only bugs but also tweaks and improvements of old features or new ones. I validate with the team, and we move to the next phase. Each phase revolves around a new core feature.Code Brew Labs delivers on time. I had to understand how to work together with the Excel system split into phases. At the beginning, I put the full features. Later on, we split the phases into MVPs, core functions, and bug fixes. Sometimes, before the MVP, we start a phase with prerequisites, which lay out the changes needed in the old features so the new ones can fit. They communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messages.

No, there aren't any. I could've learned how to conduct my project and slice the phases better earlier, but I learned on the job.

The scope of work for the online educational platform includes the following key deliverables:
UI Design: Creation of an intuitive and engaging user interface that enhances user experience and reflects the brand's identity.
App Development and Launch: Building and releasing an application with core functionalities for beta testing, including features that allow instructors to upload videos and notes. These resources should be accessible to student users. The app will also incorporate Digital Rights Management (DRM) to prevent unauthorized recording and capture and will be integrated with a payment system for course fees.
Payment and Discount API Integration: Implementation of a third-party API for handling payments and processing discount coupons, along with a feature for scheduling through an integrated calendar system.
Quiz and Assignment Modules: Development of interactive quizzes and assignment features that complement the courses offered. These modules will be additional paid features connected to the payment API.
Admin Panel Development: Establishment of a comprehensive admin panel that enables full control over the application's features, including user management, content control, analytics, and more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Code Brew Labs could have done differently?
The company will benefit a lot if they hire Arabic speaking developers and project managers as many people especially in the gulf region face issues in English language. This will allow Code Brew Labs to enter the gulf market strongly and be able to target all segments that seek help in app and website development.

A Technical solution to aggregate users over a platform wherein users can be the client or freelancer over the platform.
Clients can post the jobs over the platform and freelancers can view the posted jobs over the platform. lients are able to view the freelancers over the platform from where they can hire the freelancers for the respective job.
A frontend hybrid mobile application for users would be developed.
A frontend website for users will also be developed.
A web super admin panel for service owners would be developed to manage all stakeholders and other key operations.
