Please describe your company.

The company is a mobile agency with a focus on mobile solutions for publishers in Sweden.

What is your role and responsibilities?

I am the head of sales.

What was your goal for working with CMC Software Solution?

The goal is to find a trustworthy and secure partner that can help us with our projects, and that can produce deliverables in a cost-effective fashion. In Sweden, the cost for developers is fairly high. This is a good way to complete projects cost effectively.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of their work.

CMC did mobile app development. They are capable of creating graphics, but we have mostly used them for mobile and tablet development. They developed the apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

We send them work whenever it is suitable for them. We send them work that is English-based, rather than the more challenging Swedish-based work.

What was your process for selecting CMC Software Solution with which to work?

I did some Internet research and found the top 10 companies for us in Hanoi. We had Skype meetings and narrowed it to five companies. I flew to Hanoi and visited all of them, and met the CEOs in their offices. CMC was the company that impressed us the most.

Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?

The average project that we develop in-house is an app for an Android phone or iPhone. When we have the specifications ready for an already-published app, they have the opportunity to develop the other app on our behalf.

When will the work be completed?

It is completely ongoing with no plans to stop currently.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

The results of the projects have been good. That is one of the reasons we are still working together. I don’t have any specific statistics.

Is there anything unique about them that really makes them stand out, compared to other companies?

Most of the CMC projects managers are quite proficient in English. We communicate with them via Skype or when we meet with them. The language is the most important factor.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

Other things can be improved, but the communication and the language can be even better, even though they have people that handle it very well.
