I’m the head of marketing for Bar Media, a large beverage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clover?

We needed a new e-commerce website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clover developed and designed an e-commerce website on WooCommerce. We explained the customer experience we wanted to achieve and provided some photos for them to use. They built the site in accordance with all the government requirements. Customers can easily checkout and pay with their credit cards.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with a project manager, two programmers, and two designers.

How did you come to work with Clover?

They were recommended by a company that had worked with them previously. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested €14,700 (approximately $18,000).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–April 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website runs well, and there are no problems. We have seen roughly a 200% improvement from the previous year with the new site.

How did Clover perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job managing the project. Our teams mainly communicated via phone. We sent screenshots for the project manager to show the team, so they could see exactly what we needed to be done. Clover was always very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were personal, never treating us like a number. They solved problems quickly. We were extremely satisfied with the workflow, professionalism, and responsiveness of Clover.

No, everything went great.
