The scope of work covered the end-to-end development of a full loan management platform, including a customer-facing application, a comprehensive backend system, and customer service and administration modules. Key deliverables included loan origination and management workflows, user authentication and access controls, repayment tracking, reporting and dashboards, customer support tools, and an integrated, user-friendly UI/UX across the entire platform.

The project resulted in a fully operational end-to-end loan management platform, improved process automation across loan origination, servicing, and support functions, and a more efficient user experience for both customers and internal teams. System readiness enabled faster onboarding, better tracking and reporting accuracy, and a scalable foundation for future upgrades and growth.

I’m the co-founder of Kajudo Connect Pvt. Ltd. We’re introducing ScrapZoo, a mobile application for online scrap selling.

Our primary goal was to digitalize and organize the fragmented scrap market by developing ScrapZoo, a comprehensive mobile application connecting scrap sellers with buyers. We hired Cloudrevels to build a robust, user-friendly platform that could handle end-to-end transactions with transparency and efficiency.

The scope of the project was comprehensive, covering the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to deployment. Cloudrevels handled the end-to-end development of the ScrapZoo platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both scrap sellers and buyers. They delivered the entire technical ecosystem for ScrapZoo. They didn't just build the user-facing app; they built the complete infrastructure required to run the business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The engagement has been highly successful, delivering a stable and scalable platform that allowed us to officially launch our operations across India. Since the launch, the platform has demonstrated excellent stability and scalability. We haven’t experienced any major downtime or data loss incidents. The system uptime is 99.9%. We’ve scaled from a pilot group to over 100,000+ registered users. The system successfully processes 50+ pickup requests daily. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from both our end-users and our internal stakeholders.

How did Cloudrevels perform from a project management standpoint?

Cloudrevels’ project management was excellent. They followed an agile methodology, breaking the project down into clear milestones (design, development, testing, deployment), which made the process transparent and manageable. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their ownership mindset and consultative approach. Cloudrevels doesn’t just act as a development vendor who blindly follows instructions; they act as a true technology partner.
