Our initial engagement focused on designing and architecting a system that would meet our business needs. The work was done quickly and we chose to continue full-stack development. The first viable product was delivered within our 9-month timeframe and we were able to have our first customers on the platform shortly after that. Since then, the project has been in continuous development with quarterly releases.

Fully functional and operational product used by thousands of our customers.

We have two full time project managers working on the project with us and there are additional resources for planning and organizing work on the development side. All releases are planned and scheduled in advance. We have an SLA in place for addressing critical bugs and for developing enhancements outside of the normal development schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Creating new solutions for the US market is difficult but having a team dedicated to out-of-the-box thinking on the one hand and deep technical knowledge on the other allowed our product to be fully accepted by our customers. The in-depth architecture sessions uncovered many unforeseen technical problems and we addressed them early on. This allowed us to scale the live system to handle millions of readings at a time without sacrificing usability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CleverDev Software could have done differently?

We should have listened to them earlier to add additional testers and project managers. Once these resources were added to the team the pace of development significantly increased and demands on our product marketing team decreased.,
