Right from the start, CleverDev Software showed they're really good at logistics and making IoT software. We wanted to make a new system to manage our vehicles using GPS and IoT, which seemed like a big task. 

But CleverDev Software took it on and did amazingly well at every step. When we tested the idea (PoC), their team looked at the data very carefully, showing they pay attention to small details. They also came up with clever ideas for features, and when they built the web platform, they did it really well and professionally. CleverDev Software made a special system for us to manage our vehicles, and it's hosted on AWS. 

This system made our work much easier with these features: 

• Tracking where our vehicles are now and where they've been using GPS, and showing this on dashboards or reports. 
• Keeping track of when our vehicles need maintenance, like reminding us when they need servicing or repairs, and keeping track of the costs. 
• Managing all our documents related to our vehicles, like licenсes and permits, and telling us when they're about to expire. 
• Making it easy to create and fill out forms for vehicle inspections and recording incidents. 
• Importing data from fuel companies to help us keep track of how much fuel we're using and who's using it. By managing our documents and forms well, the system also helps us follow all the rules and regulations. 

Overall, CleverDev Software did a fantastic job with our project, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good IoT solutions. They really know their stuff and manage projects well.

Our initial engagement focused on designing and architecting a system that would meet our business needs. The work was done quickly and we chose to continue full-stack development. The first viable product was delivered within our 9-month timeframe and we were able to have our first customers on the platform shortly after that. Since then, the project has been in continuous development with quarterly releases.

Creating new solutions for the US market is difficult but having a team dedicated to out-of-the-box thinking on the one hand and deep technical knowledge on the other allowed our product to be fully accepted by our customers. The in-depth architecture sessions uncovered many unforeseen technical problems and we addressed them early on. This allowed us to scale the live system to handle millions of readings at a time without sacrificing usability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CleverDev Software could have done differently?

We should have listened to them earlier to add additional testers and project managers. Once these resources were added to the team the pace of development significantly increased and demands on our product marketing team decreased.,
