Cittago s.r.l.

BACKGROUND

I am the Founder & Mind Coach of CineMind

CineMind is a mind coaching and personal development company offering one-to-one coaching and workshops such as Let’s Firewalk, Anxiety Relief and Mind Mastery.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Get my website back online with a design that builds trust in me and my method
• Sell coaching sessions and workshops online, booked and paid directly on the site
• Reach a wider audience with a site in both Romanian and English

SOLUTION

We met at my NLP workshop in Cluj in 2013

• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost
• Company values aligned

1 Employee

Cittago handled the whole project, from design to launch, and they still host and maintain the site. They built cinemind.net on WordPress with WooCommerce, so my coaching sessions, my three-session program and each workshop can be booked and paid for online. Key deliverables:

1. A custom design built around my brand (navy and gold), mobile-first, since most of my clients find me on their phone;
2. A WooCommerce shop for coaching sessions, programs and workshops;
3. Online card payments through Stripe;
4. Automatic invoicing through SmartBill, so every order gets its invoice without manual work;
5. A bilingual site, Romanian and English, from a single build;
6. A newsletter sign-up, a blog and a video introduction;
7. Hosting, maintenance and support after launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

• The site went from start to launch in about a month (September to October 2020)
• Coaching sessions and workshops are now booked and paid for online, instead of everything going through calls and messages
• Every order is invoiced automatically through SmartBill, which saves me admin time
• The site works in both Romanian and English, so I can reach clients outside Romania too
• It has been running reliably since 2020, with Cittago handling hosting and maintenance

Very well organized. Paul was my single point of contact from start to finish, so I never had to explain things twice. He walked me through each step in plain language, sent me progress for feedback, and made changes quickly when I asked. The site was delivered in about a month, as agreed. Since launch, whenever I need an update or a new workshop added, they respond fast and take care of it.

They understood that in coaching, trust is what you’re really selling. The site doesn’t just look good, it feels like me and makes it easy for people to take the next step. They also know my world: Paul saw my workshops firsthand years ago, so he got my method and my audience without long explanations. And having design, development, payments, invoicing and hosting with one team means I never have to chase different people when something needs to change.

Nothing significant comes to mind. Everything I asked for was handled, and when I needed changes they were done quickly.
