I run a production company that does different animations for clients, mainly 2D and 3D. I'm the Production head there.

For what projects/services did your company hire Citrus Animations Inc, and what were your goals?

To do an animated 2D video for one of my clients. What were your goals for this project? To deliver a high-quality 60-second 2D animated video that met the clients' creative vision.

I interviewed several different animation companies and was impressed with the professionalism and immediate understanding of what I needed to achieve. Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.  They provided a clear way to leave feedback, addressed the feedback promptly and effectively. I am impressed with the smoothness of the process.

We don't have the exact data but the client was thrilled with the project and the way it turned out. The success for me is predicated on my client’s satisfaction with the process and the final product. They were fast, responsive, and understood my notes right away.

I was directly talking with the project manager and his behavior is amazing.

 Extremely effective. Great communication, support, and planning from the project manager and from their live chat.

It was a pleasure to work with them, and they have met the deadlines. The professionalism, the quick revisions, the initial grasp of the concept, and the great communication with the project manager. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I’d recommend them to anyone.
