The scope of work covered a complete refresh of our office IT infrastructure, from planning through to execution and final handover.  We now have a more structured and secure environment, with proper access controls and security configurations in place, reducing operational risk. Vendor coordination and implementation were handled efficiently, which minimized downtime during the transition.

Overall, the outcome is a stable, scalable, and well-managed IT environment that supports our current operations smoothly and is better prepared for future growth.

2.  That said, any gaps were quickly addressed when raised, and the team remained responsive and supportive throughout. We did not face any major issues during the engagement, and the overall experience was very positive.
