We started working together in January 2019 and it’s ongoing.

We found some bugs that will be fixed.

I’m satisfied with their work and the speed of it. We work best together when they provide a detailed plan of what they’ll do.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The developer I work with is helpful; he provides not just technical solutions but marketing ones as well. He’s a nice guy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think that if they could have provided more details about the development process, it would have avoided some misunderstandings. We have times at which I find that a function is missing and they respond that I hadn’t requested it. Most of that responsibility is on me, but I think they could explain things more.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that any potential customers develop a detailed proposal for them. Chawtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will deliver reasonable speed and quality at a fair price. They’re a good choice if you have a limited budget.

I hired ChawTech to develop the iCornerstone platform consistent with a prototype I designed and needed them to provide the functionality.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted the solution to be simple, beautiful, robust, and flexible.

I developed a database of all the vendors who contacted me, kept extensive notes, and chose Chawtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. because they demonstrated responsiveness and excellent written and face-to-face communication skills. I recognize that communication and professionalism are the keys to undertaking any project, and they met or exceeded my expectations.

They are developing a platform that allows consumers, regulators, professionals, subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers to network so that everyone knows what everyone else knows, which are the true hallmarks of accountability and transparency. It also allows authorized users, references, and network members to interact in a consumer-specific project.

The team consisted of a project manager, two database developers, and a UI expert.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

When I conduct the initial consultation with prospects, I ask them to register, and they sell themselves on it. In the past, I spent considerable time explaining what iCornerstone does and how and did so with nothing to show other than past projects. Clients love the platform's ease of use and organization. I and my ChawTech team are enthusiastic about future developments, including search, account and project history, reports, construction documentation, and a project scheduler.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is the responsibility of one person, but management and developers are always included in email communications. I have direct access to the principals of the company and correspond with them periodically. We arrived at a simple means to track anomalies: a spreadsheet linked to annotated screenshots within it. Their response time to correcting anomalies was frequently within hours or a day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

ChawTech is competent, professional, and trustworthy, especially when it comes to billing and estimating the amount of time needed for a particular solution or functionality. They never leave an issue unaddressed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would help to have a better sense of their schedule. The version of our anomaly spreadsheet was manually updated each time it was sent to avoid confusion. The user version should always be an even number; the developer, odd.

Chawtech solution and I were able to construct a scope of work that perfectly encapsulates the early vision of Reelvo. It is a very unique app with currently no direct imitations in the market, so it is not the simplest MVP to construct. The app contains feature elements of:

Timed video release
Video taking
Central content feed
Creation of groups
User profiles
Most notably is the group reels feature, where you and your friends can combine your weekly experiences into one cohesive narrative, showcasing everyone's perspectives. Nobody can see what has been added to the group until a set timer expires. Chawtech solution provided me with a detailed estimated timeline consisting of information regarding the design period, development period, and performance/beta testing period.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've devoted a lot of effort on design, which is crucial to me when I consider how I want a user to perceive my work. I'm thrilled with the user interface design that Chawtech Solution has produced for me after many tweaking, feedback, consideration of other options, and more. We are nearing the end of this phase and will soon start the development process.

They are very timely and attentive. They have not been late to a single one of our dozens of online meetings. On top of this, we've managed to get ahead of schedule and are on pace to get through the design phase earlier than expected.
