Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the lead developer at an international outsourcing company. We work with partners to provide a variety of clients with a scalable virtual workforce. We focus on telemarketing services.

For what projects/services did your company hire ChainZilla?

We knew what issue we wanted to address with our website, but we were having trouble creating engaging and user-friendly designs. My company hired ChainZilla to provide inspiration and design four new app and website concepts. We also needed to create some bots and automation systems.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create engaing and a user-friendly website, a proof of concept for our mobile app, and bot automation.

How did you select this vendor?

ChainZilla is the only company in Panama that offers app development. We heard about them through a blockchain project that we worked with before. They have a good reputation and were quick to answer our questions.

They did a full analysis of our branding and created a scope of work based on our needs. They handled the design, development, and maintenance of our website. The team also delivered the prototype and workflow of our future mobile app. Once the website was done they focused on creating several bots to automate a few of our processes and payouts through crytocurrency.

What was the team composition?

The project was relatively small with only 5 people including developers and management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to chainzilla we are #1 on google search rankings and our business has flourished. Most of our business comes from our website traffic. Additionally, our QA team now uses the bots to cut down on the time required to verify KPIs.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

This was our first time hiring a company to develop a website but it was extremely smooth. Their team created a scope of work within 5 days and we were building the website within 2 weeks. Our team received weekly updates and we rarely had any disagreements or issues. All of the information that we gave them was translated well into the design and final product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company of professionals is very innovative and flexible. They are able to do all sorts of development and engineering that would take several teams with most other companies. After working with them briefly, we knew they could help us in the longterm.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be great to have a dashboard or CRM where we could get updates without meetings. Sometimes some of our staff wasn't able to attend and having it all in one place would save time.
