Their technical knowledge as well as being available when needed.

A deeper level of involvement and advise would have been great. We lack technical knowledge, and at times it would have been great if they advised against what we requested, as we were not fully aware of the long run implications of what we were asking for.

We hired Celadon team to develop a unique application specialized in jewelry and to achieve that it needs more knowledge in jewelry industry which was achieved successfully.

I went through so many meetings with other development companies and they were selected through google search

There were kickoffs meetings to explain the project and it is the target. we started immediately with the project and it was very smooth and they started to give new solution as I'm not that experience in this field

The project manager was handling the process and the feedback. and 3 full stack developer dedicated for mobile app and web app

The outcome was fantastic. It is under testing right now from the vendors. The final result is good.

We used slack and google meet to go through all the details and all the team was available to share the knowledge at it is time.

They work fast, are easy to understand and are adaptable to any changes.

We needed to develop online marketing platform to automate routing tasks for varios channels.

SOLUTION

How did you select Celadon and what were the deciding factors?

Experienced team and motivated management. We were initially introduced by their former customer.

The project was developed from scratch, from initial planning and architecture development to final testing. We were using JS React for the frontend and Python for the backend. The project is in the support phase where we add new functionality.

3 React JS developers (mid-high level), 2 Python developers (high level), one project manager, one QA.

The platform was delivered in time and we keep improving it with a new functionality.

Excellent communication by zoom, proper planning in Jira and Slack. Total transparency in planning and communication with devs.

Apart from the qualification of devs, I was positively impressed by the ability of the company to deliver projects in time, which is a rare skill.
