We hired them to animate a short video for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked at about a dozen vendors and Trung's work seemed superior to the rest. He also seemed like he understood business and how to tell a story.

Trung outlines the process on his site, but it starts with a design brief, then illustrations, then a story board, then an initial animation and finally the finished product with sound.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Trung and he is highly receptive to feedback and understands it instantly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We don't have any numbers yet, but we were able to make a tight deadline, and the animation is amazing.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Trung is a great communicator and project manager. He can use any collaboration platform, but we used Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about Trung is that he's able to understand your concept and then add his own creative voice to it to make it better than you could have alone. In this way, he is a true creative partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I was fully sastisfied.
