I'm CEO of our company which builds custom cloud based management data systems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Carney Technologies Services, and what were your goals?

For this most recent project, we needed a fresh new look for our website, with crisp and fresh content. Then we needed to generate leads using SEO and social media. We hired Carney to do all of this work for us. We have used Carney for many projects over the last 10 years. They are great people...do excellent work...charge fair prices and are very capable. We think of them as part of our family of businesses.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When we first considered them, we interviewed several companies and spoke with several references. Since the first project, we stayed with them. They've done dozens of projects for our companies over the last 10 years.

Carney has performed outstanding Search Engine Optimization work for our businesses. They are a Google Certified Partner and have gotten us first page rankings for about 200 keywords for us on Google. They have linked our social media sites that they created for us to our websites. They have written content for our blogs. They have made videos for us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On any given project, I've worked with 2-5 people from Carney.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Carney made a huge difference in the flow of leads to us. The leads were excellent quality and a significant (and above industry level) conversion to sales. Many companies build websites. Many do social media. But few do a great job like Carney at the entire package that results in lead generation and conversion to sales.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

For each project, I worked with a project manager or a principal of Carney. Meetings were always timely and communication, consistent and reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not only did their team do great work, but it was clear that they truly cared about our business and the results that we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't identify any specific area that needs improvement. They've been in business for quite a while and have development their service offerings and execute well.

The Azad Educational Society was established in the year 1991 in Lucknow. The institution had the vision to create a place that will provide advanced education to enthusiastic young minds. The start of this institutional chain began with Azad Educational Society, which was a non-profit organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Carney Technologies Services, and what were your goals?

I initially hired them to assist with our Digital marketing by completely development our site to CRM with Paperless work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Originally, we planned to update and redesign our site all at once, but we decided to split it up so that we could better track performance internally. They are currently redesigning our entire website as well as developing CRM. Our website is now very old and out of date; it does not represent our brand or communicate effectively with our users.

It makes extensive use of text and has a poor user experience. We wanted to update it to reflect the new brand standards we'd been developing, as well as make it easier to understand, scan, and read, and ultimately convert with. Another company is assisting us with our brand refresh and messaging, and we keep them informed of their progress to Carney Technologies Services for the latter to implement in the design. We also have a monthly Digital Marketing retainer with them.

We got to a place where we had done a couple of revisions, but the design wasn’t exactly where we needed it to be. We were working with a junior designer on the team, so we asked (Creative team) to bring on a more senior resource to get us across the finish line. He was absolutely supportive and willing to do that.

We have Manish (CTO Digital Marketing Strategist) on the Digital Marketing side, as well as four other people on the development team. Carney Technologies Services also uses developers. I’ve also worked with the head developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw pretty great gains in our SEO/SMO performance, including a lift in the number of keywords that our blog had on page one. In March only, we gained 132 keywords.They grew by 40% in sessions and 61% in users. Organic traffic to the homepage was up 60%. Carney Technologies Serivces’s team handled them very well, working hard without complaining. They treated the migration just like I would have, and I am responsible for owning it. I felt like we were all a part of the exact same team.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It started off a little rocky. I came to meetings with questions that I expected the team to answer, and I communicated my expectations when that didn’t happen. Carney Technologies Services listened to us and was able to change, pick up the pace, and come more prepared. I have been very happy with that ever since that communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It’s been clear that Carney Technologies Services cares about its customers since I first interviewed them at my previous job. Additionally, their strategy revolves around performance, and not just for organic traffic, but sales. They are very accommodating in our standing in that aspect. I also like how transparent they are about sharing case studies, as well as the templates that they use to track projects. This shows us how detailed they are and what their process is like. By answering our basic questions, we learned how much pride they take in educating their clients. Other vendors that we’ve worked with respond to our questions with vague, unimpressive answers. Ignite answers a question, tells us why it is important, and makes sure that we understand their response. They alleviated a lot from my plate so that I could work on other tasks.
