The delivery of micro versions was the difference where we were able to test the Amarante app during the development period, deliveries occurred in a phased manner where we were able to monitor the deliveries and agreed milestones through project evolution presentations.

Regular meetings to present the progress; results samples as evidence of the consistency. By the end of the project, since it was also an RCT, all datasets were reviewed by our internal team to double-check the accuracy of the results.

We hire capyba to help us design the solution by understanding the routine of our users. After that, we updated the entire software architecture and developed dozens of features that influenced both the usability of the system and the ability to use the database to generate valuable information.

How did you select Capyba Software and what were the deciding factors?

The company's partners are engineers of the highest capacity who already had experience managing solutions even more complex than mine. In addition, I received recommendations from other entrepreneurial friends who have worked with capyba.

The software had a backend built in python. In it was installed the metabase with dashboards where my employees and I monitor everything that happens within our solution.

Before each sprint we map everything that needs to be done and its priority. Capyba has a very important role in this respect, by advancing to future needs and creating the necessary structure so that the system does not collapse because of changes or accelerated growth.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Diogo, Eduardo, Ronald, Diego, Silas and Bruno (6 in total).

Ronald was responsible for conducting the hiring opening my eyes to possibilities while Diogo and Silas were my tech gurus explaining the impact of every decision I made.

Diego and Bruno were the developers who made planning become code. I was also in constant contact with Eduardo who was responsible for the financial control of the hours I hired from Capyba.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes. When I hired Capyba's solution, I had an average of 200 monthly errors that my users encountered and sometimes I didn't even know. After restructuring the software architecture with Capyba I did not answer any more calls from my customers saying that the system crashed for some reason.

Currently, when a problem occurs, the system alerts the capyba team and they often work on corrections that I would only notice after harming my client.

In addition to error control, capyba has developed a very well-documented API so that my software can connect to others without problems.

I also come from the world of technology and I am a computer scientist. Each meeting and design sprint was a pleasure as the capyba boys are nerds who are very sure of what they do recording everything in a visual way.

After prioritizing using design methods as a matrix of effort x value, the sprint was registered in a kanbam tool accessible in the cloud. Every time a developer ran into any doubts, I already received an alert from Trello and recorded my opinion. Capyba's control of hours worked is sensational.

Despite working with an open scope, I always knew how much it would be necessary to spend per month with amazing accuracy.

The team always showed themselves to be very concerned with the growth of my business beyond technology and that makes all the difference.

The concern in offering technology not only to my end customer but also so that I can understand my business in depth and make it grow.
