For what projects/services did your company hire Outstrip.ca, and what were your goals?

Our company required assistance with website development and moving sub-sites to Divi. Once project was to be completed, recommendations for future growth was expected.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online through Clutch and other similar sites.

We had a few online zoom meetings and scope of work was discussed

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A sales person was the initial contact. The senior web developer was in attendance for the next two or three zoom meetings.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A one-page quote was provided in May 2022 after a delay. Our company requested a detailed quote for comparison and to ensure all work was to be completed as discussed. This detailed quote never materialized as was promised and although Outstrip did confirm their interest in performing the work, their communication stopped without any warning.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Constant excuses for the delay in providing a quote and complete lack of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pricing was reasonable for work required however they never went through with their quote.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication is unprofessional.
