ByTheWay Digital created a new logo and brand identity for a denim jeans brand. Additionally, they upgraded the client's Shopify website, implementing new pages, functions, plug-ins, and security features.

ByTheWay Digital delivered a great logo and site that met the client's expectations. After the site's launch, the client saw an increase in traffic and unique visitors while eliminating bounce rate issues. The team delivered quality work on time, and their professionalism and work ethic stood out.

I’m the director of UrbanKoach, a denim brand for the US and we believe that jeans should be as versatile as your social calendar and just as fun.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ByTheWay Digital?

Before ByTheWay Digital, we had already tried three different teams and still had a poor brand identity, and I was never happy with the logo. Although I had tried three different teams to help me get a great logo, I was unsuccessful. Our Shopify website was also appalling and dull. It had load time issues and poor UX. Despite the fact that we manufacture great products, the website never did any justice in showcasing them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ByTheWay Digital provided us with two logo concepts. They rendered the final concept and created iconography, typography, and a color palette. They also created mock-ups of the logo utilization and provided us with the .PSD, .AI, .PNG, and .JPEG files of the logo. ByTheWay Digital also set up and integrated Google Developer Console and configured the Google API Key and Google reCAPTCHA 3 Cloud. They also configured the Google reCAPTCHA 3 API Key.

ByTheWay Digital upgraded our Shopify version and created backups. They designed and developed new pages and sections and updated the website theme and templates. They configured and tested new functions and apps and upgraded and tested active apps. ByTheWay Digital also updated the content and synced third-party app content. They performed malware, robots, and site security checks and managed our order management.

I found ByTheWay Digital through a referral. They had already delivered an e-commerce-based project for a beauty brand in the UK. I found this out after they sent me their portfolio, which was a major plus.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ByTheWay Digital created a great brand identity, stunning graphics, and an e-store that I’m very proud of. Our traffic and unique visitors increased, and the bounce rate issues vanished.

How did ByTheWay Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Although we were slow in giving feedback, ByTheWay Digital was always very proactive and delivered things on time or early. Moreover, they guided us through the pros and cons of things in detail, and the communication and collaboration were very professional. They were also friendly, and everything was well-documented. We communicated through Discord, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email, and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked their design aesthetics and good understanding of the dynamics of the US market and audience. Most of all, I liked their professional work ethic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. ByTheWay Digital did a great job, and I couldn’t have asked for more.
