The dealer referral program made it easier to onboard new customers and track referral performance, while the mobile app provided a smoother experience for our users. We also saw improvements in operational efficiency through the admin dashboard, which simplified the management of products, users, orders, and referrals. Overall, the solution has provided a solid foundation for scaling our digital operations.

Within the first few months, we onboarded over 80+ dealers through the platform, and the dealer referral program became one of our primary customer acquisition channels. The admin dashboard also reduced the time spent managing referrals and orders by approximately 40–50%, allowing our team to focus on growing the business instead of handling manual processes.
