The BusySeed team helped us establish a lead generation strategy, brand awareness strategy, and brand engagement strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Twitter. They also help us with LinkedIn messaging campaigns which helped us drive attendance to one of our biggest events of the year. 

Deliverables included cleaning lists and executing digital ad campaigns on the platforms listed above using the copy and creative we provided.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The LinkedIn messaging campaign we started in early 2022 was very successful and helped us drive a lot of registrants and attendees. Our lead generation campaign used for the launch of a new carrier partner at our organization was a learning experience for all of us. 

While we didn't generate many high-quality leads through the campaign, we learned how well certain platforms and strategies worked with our target audience which will drive decisions for future launches.

They performed well from a project management standpoint.

Unique approach to the digital efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BusySeed could have done differently?

One thing BusySeed could do to improve is thorough research on third-party services prior to recommending them to a client. While it was interesting to go through demos alongside our BusySeed Client Success Manager, it would have been in the best interest of our time and money for BusySeed to provide more expertise when making recommendations for new tools/software.
