I am the VP of IT Operations of a Software Company. I manage the production environments or our customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bursys?

We knew little about cloud technology and wanted to migrate our systems to the cloud. So needed someone who helps us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Bursys provide us the cloud migration services. They have engaged cloud technology experts. We initially had an idea for on-premise systems in a data center. We discussed this with the team and move to AWS. The team started the work and implement the system. They use different approaches and migrated fully of our systems to AWS.

We worked with 2,3 team members. Including the Director of Technology. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project still serves as a functioning front end. According to us, it was tough and we measured the impact of the current changes. We definitely saw improvements after cloud migration.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked with 2,3 team members. Including the Director of Technology. This was very effective for us as this was a explain project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bursys was always understanding and experience with major technologies. Their staff is very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they have been great all around.
