Needed help getting all of the data of my clients imported into Salesforce.

I found them on upwork and they were very helpful and quick in responding to my inquiry.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They went through my excel files and cleaned them up so that they could be imported. They created everything in salesforce and ran tests to make sure it was exactly as I wanted.

Currently everything is up and running perfectly.

I found the Bugendaitech team via LinkedIn at the time when I was in a bind to deliver a product. They were lightning fast with their responses. I took that as a great sign.

We collaborate together on Salesforce customization code and have also done .NET and Angular work.

There were 4 people that I communicated with on a regular basis, but there are more developers that have been involved.

The most impressive deliverable to date was their ability to provide unit testing for existing code that they saw for the first time on Friday and code was completed by Sunday.

They're super responsive. They're available via both Google Chat and Slack.

The developers are very skilled.

We were struggling with time log, but we have since remedied the issue.

Salesforce consultation and integration with other platforms to maintain a consolidated database of our leads, contacts, and donors.

We had a good previous experience with BugendaiTech while getting our Salesforce nonprofit license and setting up our account and Salesforce processes.

We needed help building an application form on our website and connecting it to our Salesforce account, as organizing the backend of Salesforce to present and communicate updated reports and notifications.

We can now easily keep track and access our database of leads and applicants, all in one secure place (Salesforce).

BugendaiTech's team worked closely with our team as we brainstormed, tested, and reiterated different parts of the project. They offered consultation and training as needed. We effectively communicated through emails, shared work documents, and Zoom calls for further elaboration and follow-up.

How easily we communicated with them, their rapid responsiveness, and their commitment to get the job done.
