I'm the managing director of Jewelxy. We are an industry-specific jewelry marketplace based in Gujarat, India. We offer services for businesses to expand their market.
For what projects/services did your company hire BSP TECHNOLOGIES?
We needed their web development services for all aspects of building our site. Later, we would also engage them to create our mobile app.
What were your goals for this project?
The site needed to be suitable for a large number of users. We also required the site to have UX features and the ability to scale in the future smoothly.
How did you select this vendor?
They came recommended to us. We tested their services with smaller projects and chose them for the site development after we were confident in their abilities.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
BSP Technologies provided front- and backend development assistance and admin support. They built the initial wireframe before developing and deploying the systems. Their team also developed the Android/iOS versions of the mobile app and integrated a CRM system. In addition, they designed and maintained our services on Amazon. They now ensure that updates are taken care of and make improvements when necessary.
What was the team composition?
They provided a team of around 15 people, including web and app developers, SEO specialists, designers, a network engineer, and the owner.

The first phase of the project was launched on schedule without major issues.
