    I'm Isaias Flores, founder of Brimar.

    I came to the U.S. in 2005 with no English and worked in construction, restaurants, and warehouses while I learned online marketing at night.

    I started Brimar in 2010 as a side project and went full-time in 2023.

    Today I help SF Bay Area business owners grow through web design, sales funnels, SEO, and ads.

    I work in English and Spanish, and when you hire Brimar, you'll work with me directly rather than a sales rep.

For every project, I set 2 to 3 specific metrics with you up front, such as cost per lead, conversion rate, or organic traffic growth, and we track them monthly. If a campaign isn't meeting the number we agreed on, we'll adjust the approach. No hiding behind vanity stats.

    It depends on the project but here's the honest range. Sales funnels go live in 1 to 2 weeks. Custom websites take 3 to 5 weeks depending on size. PPC campaigns are running within 5 to 7 days of kickoff. SEO is a 3 to 6 month commitment to see real ranking movement. Because you work directly with me rather than through a chain of account managers, projects move faster than at most agencies.

    You get my direct email and phone number from day one. Most clients reach me through email or a weekly call, and I respond within the same business day. You receive a monthly performance report with the metrics we agreed on, plus a short Loom video where I walk you through what's working and what's next. No long PDFs nobody reads.
