I’m the CEO of a social club.

What challenge were you trying to address with BrightDock?
We needed help with web development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our site. We provided general guidelines for layout and structure, but it was a collaborative process. They provided excellent resources in helping us figure out navigation and how the UX of the site would work. There’s a contact form and night mode/day mode functionality, which helps highlight different aspects of our brand.
What is the team composition?
I had one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with BrightDock?
We have a technology consultant who helped us vet our options. We chose them because they were the most professional at that price point.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in August 2019, and we wrapped up in February 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We got the same quality we asked for in the mockup. It was an iterative process, and they more than delivered what was promised. We’ve seen a great uptick in the number of people going to our website, and our waitlist has grown by 600%. Even though there’s not a direct before and after effect, it’s very clear that the website is doing its job.
How did BrightDock perform from a project management standpoint?
They went above and beyond what they initially envisioned as the scope of the project. They bent over backward to deliver something that was of tremendous value.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It was very obvious that our satisfaction was their top priority.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The delivery wasn’t as quick as they had initially indicated, but they were very communicative throughout the process about why things were taking so long. It was clear to us that they had created something more complicated than what was initially conceived of. It made logical sense that it would take longer and we permitted it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to double-check on timeframes if you need it to be done in a certain amount of time. They’re really receptive, and I’m sure it won’t be a problem. I would 100% encourage anyone to hire them.
