BBG took us from 0 to 100 in terms of how we see ourselves as a company, and more importantly, how we portray ourselves to possible clients. BBG walked us through branding exercises, strategy sessions, understanding our value proposition, competitive market research, allowing us to synthesize and solidify a myriad of stakeholder opinions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We ended this project phase (we WILL be continuing work with BBG) with a fully-realized brand book. We covered every piece of brand from mission, vision, and brand positioning to tone of voice, illustration style and photography style.

Lyndsey, BBG's project manager, was absolutely incredible to work with. She is responsive, clear, fast, and guided us successfully through all the work that needed to be done. BBG as a team delivered on time, or ahead of time, always made sure we knew what our tasks were, and made this branding project a true joy.

Honestly, they are a group of incredibly thoughtful, hardworking, and dedicated creatives. We looked at other agencies that didn't seem to care about us. From the get go, BBG was all in, and this REALLY stood out to us in our selection process. They took the time to understand who we are, how we work, what matters to us, and how we could all succeed together.

None, we are going to work with BBG as much as we can!

They understood our complex organization and was able to bring that to life in their concepts.

Great. We were able to get on weekly calls. Signoff process was as expected. Edits were handled quickly.

Their knowledge of Wordpress and hosting is good. Not a lot of design companies go the extra mile of service. They do.
