Project idea is a Smart Taxi Booking System that allows passengers to book taxis through a web or mobile application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I placed an order with the company for the development of a web and mobile application and made the required payment as agreed. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, their communication and response became extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and follow up regarding the project, I did not receive proper responses or satisfactory updates. A professional software company should maintain clear communication, provide regular project updates, and take responsibility for commitments made to its clients.

Unfortunately, my experience with BriggerTech did not meet these basic professional standards. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that potential clients carefully verify the company, its commitments, and payment terms before making any payment.

I had a very disappointing experience with BriggerTech.

We wanted to restructure our website that was almost 8 years old to a more modern website. Key deliverables included:
1) A new theme based website

2) New graphics / images for the website

3) SEO and content writing

A new website with the desired sections and categories.

They split the project in 4 key deliverables:
1) Theme selection 

2) Sections, headers, font, colour pallete, image and pages selection 

3) Design Approval

4) Publishing the website

We have also subscribed to their maintainance package for monthly support - they offered a month free of cost.

I was impressed by their commitment to completing the project within the time frame - figma access was immediately provided and we could provide live feedback as the deelopment process progressed. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Briggr Technologies LTD could have done differently?

Their service hours are global howver they are more active during afternoons and evenings - I am assuming this is becasue of US based workign hours. Would be great if we can get support in the earlier hours of UK.

Since implementing the Complaint Management System, our results have been quite good:

• Increase in operational efficiency from streamlined workflows.
• Improvement in complaint resolution accuracy through automation.
• Boosted customer satisfaction with quicker resolutions and clearer communication.
• Valuable insights from analytics that help in resolving issues proactively and making better decisions.

They worked with a well-structured approach, ensuring that every phase of the project was delivered on time and met our expectations. Before kick-off, we had a slight issue coordinating with their development team due to scheduling issues. They provided a project charter which was quite descriptive; we also got a stakeholder document which was pretty easy to navigate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their work for the price is excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Briggr Technologies LTD could have done differently?

I would suggest having more visibility with the dev team, Adam coordinated most of the communciation, no complaints though, just a suggestion.
