The challenges of the project were that we wanted to build a website with an agency that could handle maintenance, hosting, marketing, development, optimization, content creation and everything that is involved with starting a business from the ground up. We didn’t want to have to hire many different agencies that we would have to go back and forth between. We picked BrandLume so that we could have a central single agency to provide us with all the services.

I'm not sure how many people worked on their backend to be exact, we were in communication with 3 , but we mostly communicated directly with a Project manager and an account associate to create all the components of the website

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website is running as desired with all the features we asked for. And are now working with BrandLume for our marketing on different platforms.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They handled everything that was planned from the start. They would finish any components that was planned while always keeping me updated and in the flow of the updates and what needed t obe done next to keep the ball rolling.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality for the cost really distinguishes them. They provide a lot more value and quality than other similar agencies that we had worked with in the past. The centralized no outsourced development was the true selling point, and, in my opinion, what puts them above the rest

The projects goal was to fix our low SEO ranking and high CPC on PPC campagins. We started by handing over all our current profiles to BrandLume to work on and fix them. After a month of giving them access we saw considerable results in our PPC campaigns and were very pleased to see that the project was on track to reaching our targeted goal

We were in direct contact with a Project manager that would take our requests and forward them to his team. We also worked with one of their SEO experts during the original fixing of the website issues.

After the first month we saw considerable results that put us on the right track to achieving the goals that we were after. In about 5 months we had already achieved and surpassed our starting goal and we haven’t stopped growing ever since.

The goal-setting usually happens between our company and the clients and we provide the goals to be achieved to BrandLume. One of the best things about them in my opinion is that they don’t miss a beat with their deliverables and what they are asked to do.

We haven’t had a single project where they have failed to deliver, and this is the first company we’ve seen, that takes their deliverables seriously.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BrandLume Inc. focuses on SEO efforts to help my website. Their team manages keyword research to increase the number of keywords for which our website ranks. They’re writing and publishing content, which gets links to the website.

They also directed social media marketing for a month, which we stopped because of the COVID-19 situation. As soon as the pandemic’s over, we’ll start up that effort again.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From the first month, BrandLume Inc. delivered more than they promised at a reasonable price. They nearly doubled keywords and the amount of traffic to my website. Compared to my competitors’ platforms, my website’s going up and up.

How did BrandLume Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate by email or Zoom usually. It’s easy to communicate with BrandLume Inc. They manage their different initiatives with little interaction from my side, which is why I’m happy with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their performance. BrandLume Inc. got results that I couldn’t get from numerous other agencies. From my side, I see the results getting better and better all of the time. Their team gets the results without me contacting them to find out what’s happening

checked out ratings on a few agencies on marketplaces and google. considered 4 and reached out to them for pricing. BrandLume had the best value, industry technical knowledge and the simplest process with out any long term contracts which ultimately led me to picking them over others.

vendor was responsible for coming up wit the strategy, it's implementation and ongoing improvement on both content and PPC campaigns. I was responsible for strategy/ content approval and paying their invoices :D.

while they have different departments working on the campaigns, i only deal with one project manager who i deal with directly, besides some webinar team meetings we've had with others involved. I must say, i do love this composition and having to only work with one person instead of reaching out to a support team in most other companies that don't know what is going on.

i've had great success from their efforts and the return on the money spent is far more that i thought. They have substantially increase followers and brand awareness across all platforms, but more importantly; they have substantially increased customer acquisition and leads through PPC campaigns.

besides the ROI, it's the 2nd best part of working with Brandlume. their support is superb and better than any company I've ever dealt with. seriously, it's that good. They are always responsive, i have direct access to my project manager and they almost instantly improve on recommendations and my needs.

Their willingness to help and their honest advice. Their consistency in always improving and working for what they get paid for is also admirable.

We hired BrandLume Inc. to revamp our website and provide SEO support. For keywords, they implement several into the marketing collateral based on what we know our competition uses. They run these campaigns along with PPC efforts.

We’ve spent close to $7,000 CAD (approximately $5,300 USD) up to this point, but we’re expected to spend more when we add more services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve already started to see traffic to our website from their efforts, along with an increase in calls and emails from potential customers. The cost-per-click (CPC) rate is kept quite low, too. 

How did BrandLume Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

I have daily contact with some people from their team, so we’re in constant communication. I receive weekly reports from them to see our progress and visitors on our site. We haven’t had any project management issues, so far. Every deadline has been met, sometimes early. Everything has been moving smoothly in this area. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time is amazing, which is the most important part. Whenever I ask for something, I get an answer quickly. They’re always there for us and never leave us in the dark. If I’m asking for something outside of their normal scope of services, they’ll do it for me, which makes me really happy with their services.

Searched on Google and went through multiple agencies and landed on Brandlume and everything made sense. contacted 5-6 agencies at the time and chose Brandlume due to better pricing and how they managed all platforms and in a hands-off format and provided a dedicated manager for us to deal with.

Take overall digital marketing and social media marketing. Their responsibility included creating traffic to the landing page through PPC on Google and social media and create/ post content on all social media platforms and increase followers and engagement on all.

We've been dealing with one dedicated project manager from the beginning, who deals with all their internal departments and their deliverables. I think this is a fantastic set up as we only deal with one point of contact and nothing is lost in communication.

They have blown it out of the park from the beginning. From substantial traffic and lead increase from the landing page to the increase in followers on all social media platforms. Instagram went from ~40 to 9000 active followers and Linkedin from ~70 to 4600 for example. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and the customer service has stayed as great as day one, after 2+ years of working with them.

It's very simple. we only deal with one dedicated project manager who keeps all their internal departments in the loop and ensures what we ask for gets done. They are super responsive and always go above and beyond.

I’m the director of media and communications for Spirit of Math Schools. We’re a system of afterschool schools based out of Canada. We have over 11,000 students and 40 campuses in Canada, the US, and Pakistan. We are Canada’s leading program for math enrichment for high-performing students in grades K to 11.

What challenge were you trying to address with BrandLume Inc.?

We were looking to expand our digital footprint on social media platforms and increase the visibility of our website through Google Ads and SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They presented us with a list of keywords that were relevant to our target market. It was basically a whole bouquet of options to choose from. Since we are a niche program – we’re not a tutoring program but an afterschool school – our criteria were slightly different. It was very important to create that point of differentiation from our perceived competition, and they did a great job of doing that.

One aspect was digital advertising, which includes our social media platforms, management, PPC, and SEO, and we’re also partnering with them to develop our main website. We wanted to upgrade the site so it was in line with the requirements our customers have in terms of being able to find a campus easily. This meant location services and other live forms. These forms help parents conveniently get in touch with our campuses and set up interviews. They also integrated the site with our CRM. They’ve been instrumental in turning our wish list of functionalities into reality.

How did you come to work with BrandLume Inc.?

We already knew Raham (President & CEO, BrandLume Inc.). We’d worked with them briefly beforehand to optimize our current website, which was getting slow and sluggish and not optimized for speed. That was in 2019.

When our current need arose, he told us that it was something he could help us with. We invited them to submit a proposal, along with other companies, and, honestly, BrandLume’s was the best. Not only in terms of cost but also in terms of monthly service selections we could add on and remove. We thought this was extremely convenient. Other companies wanted us to make one- or two-year commitments.

On top of the flexibility, we saw the amount of work they were able to do on the backend in terms of optimization and keywords, so we thought BrandLume would be the best investment for us. They also seemed to have a lot of knowledge and strategies on how to effectively achieve the KPIs we’d set for the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together on this project since June 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Judging by the pace at which our social media engagement has increased and the number of followers we have, they speak for themselves. They’ve been instrumental in driving traffic. We’re expecting that, and web traffic will double once we have the new site up and running. To this day, they’ve delivered what they promise and even more, which is great.

How did BrandLume Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve found them to be extremely organized and responsive and quick to raise a red flag in case there’s some delay on our part as clients. Almost to the point of being persistent and stubborn, they make sure the client follows guidelines and are made aware of any delays that might cause problems. I think it’s a great plus.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of ownership they take at times seems higher than the clients, which is great because that’s not what you’d normally expect. Normally, you’d expect a hands-off attitude where they only do what you ask, but they seem to be two steps ahead.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they should make themselves more well-known so other companies know they’re an option as a good service provider that gets the job done.
