The weekly check-ins were very helpful and helped tracked the outcomes of the project. The consistent showing of what is in place and what is being worked on from a client perspective adds value to our relationship.

Brand Provoke and team have a hands-on approach, all while utilizing emails/google share drives/zoom calls. The timeline is consistently communicated and updated as need be.

I’m the business head for a home styling products company that works with furniture, furnishings, lighting, decorative artifacts, wardrobes, kitchens, etc.

We needed someone to develop our e-commerce website and design our logo.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Provoke developed our e-commerce website from scratch using Magento 1, handling everything from the name of the website to the design of the logo and the products. In terms of the branding, they proposed 10-15 names to choose from and I discussed the choice with my directors and other stakeholders. The website was finished in April 2022, and we're moving forward with a full-fledged marketing plan.

We work with one content writer, one technical person, one resource for API configuration, and then the director.

We heard positive reviews about them in the past, and they were referred to us by someone in a similar domain.

We've spent less than $10,000.

We've been working together since October 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their quality of work is good; we've placed our project in the right hands and haven't faced any issues. We recently had a company profile developed by them within a month of the request, and it was very nice. Even though we gave them minimum input, they were able to incorporate what we wanted.

We've seen an increase in engagement since the website launch, as it adds a vertical to our portfolio that wasn’t there in the past. We’ve also done quite a few Google campaigns, and those have also driven engagement increased as people became aware of our products on their devices.

How did Brand Provoke perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team delivers on time and is always prompt. Out of 15 deadlines, 10 deadlines have been met, and maybe five have been stretched, but not for more than 3–5 days. We communicate via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Google Drive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The director has been available at every step. Having a good leader as your main point of contact is advantageous. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They just need to add more people to the team, as they’re already doing great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have clear communication with them from the start and take the project one step at a time. In the beginning, share the bigger vision with as much information as possible. Additionally, it's helpful to provide a lot of references so they can best align with what you want; no agency can completely read your mind.

They were really accommodating and helpful. They delivered exactly what I wanted and always went the extra mile. I didn’t know at the time that I needed content, but they helped build the content for me. It wasn’t a part of our deal but they did it anyway. Brand Provoke did their best and gave me more than what I asked for.

Everything was perfect with project management and timelines. It was great.

They were understanding and helped guide us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if they had designers as well. I got designs from somewhere else.

I work in a retail eyewear, omnichannel company which is the largest e-retailer in the category, in India. Brand experience is of high importance for our offline and online customers. The company is driven by startup culture and values. Making bold decisions is a part of everyday work here.

We hired Brand Provoke to work on our first packaging project, which was purposed to provide the unboxing experience to our customers who get in tangible contact for the first time with our product.

Creating brand experience through packaging was new for our internal teams, hence, we reached out for better capabilities to execute. We needed a team which was familiar with creating pleasant brand experiences with secondary product packaging.

What were your goals for this project?

Since it was a brand engagement project, our outcome was gauged by the customers sharing their experience with us about the branding. This project served us positively in creating the first interaction with brand impactul and lasting.

How did you select Brand Provoke?

We reached out to our internal commercial team and did our market research to find the vendors. We were able to shortlist 4 agencies for the work.

We gave them time to pitch their ideas and implementation plan for a common brief. In the selection process, the marketing manager, the product head and the business head were involved.

The process started with a lot of meetings to understand our requirements in all perspectives and the result we wished to achieve. This was followed by regular idea presentation sessions.

Since, we work with aggressive deadlines, it was a demanding project. They came with diverse options to cover the entire spectrum of our audience. With new catchy taglines, and personification of our brand logo, their work stood apart from the others.

We really liked their work and signed them up for a recurring contract to create our brand content for sales collaterals and other packaging elements. I was the point of contact in my company for the agency along with my colleague.

We were responsible to share brief, guidelines and timeline, with interim feedback during the process. The final deliverables consisted of a range of sales collaterals including, brochures, leaflets, booklet, posters, website banners etc. and secondar packaging boxes.

From the vendor side, we usually interacted with two brand strategists, who worked with 2-3 designers at a time. It remained the same.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with them, we have received numerous remarks on our catchy branding and our social media engagement increased by around 90% at the launch period and since then our followers have increased by ~200%.

The results exceeded our expectations and we were able to achieve the objectives. The internal teams have taken cues from us for their brands.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular weekly meetings, in which we kept our things on track using MOMs and dedicated mails. We used trello internally for keeping tab on the schedule and zoom calls for the meetings. The vendors were highly receptive to feeback given and tried their best to meet our reuirement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very versatile with their ideas which helps us to test with plethora of options. Other than that they are resourceful and understand client needs from work to cost cutting.

I am looking forward to see them doing even bigger projects with more maturity and experience in the field. As starters they are a very bright and enthusiastic team to work with.

We’ve seen an increase in traffic by 80% on the website, and increase in engagement across all online platforms. Even an increase in incoming calls.

Project Manager used to follow up almost everyday, while they were assigned tasks on weekly basis. Constant follow ups made it feel like a great synergy.

3D modelling and development is one area that can be looked into considering the market requirements these days.

I am the country manager of Planova, a shopfitting company. We help provide companies with all of the services and products needed to build a shop concept, including providing 3D and VR designs. Our team manages the process for building the store, produces all shopfitting materials, and builds the shop. We have our own wood and steel production companies and our own product facilities. To fill in the gaps of products that aren’t our own, we frequently work with our partners in China.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Provoke developed and designed a new website and rebranded our company. They started by going through our manual, which details how our logo and Windows templates are used, as well as how we write emails and make our business accounts. Their team redesigned our logo and ensured that it was used across the board.

The Brand Provoke team compiled a PowerPoint presentation that describes our company, where we came from, what we do and in which industries, as well as examples of past projects. They also created marketing collateral and clothing for us to bring to tradeshows. 

Their team created a completely new website for us from scratch, detailing who we are as a company. The site utilizes the new design, descriptions, fonts, and letter type they created for us. All of our projects are displayed on the site, which shows that we’re sustainable and working within safety requirements. Every month, they provide us with new content to post on the site.

Our main focus was on government business and govt to private ratio was 90:10 but after our website development private business increased nd the ratio is now 75:25. Private business is better because there is no credit system unlike government customers.
