Nishhair is a hair extension company dealing in human hair extensions. I am the tech head and I handle all the tech part for the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brand and Beyond, and what were your goals?

Once we started operations we wanted to go into full online business model. After facing lots of issues in finding a reliable company to get the website developed we stumbled upon Brand and Beyond.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were very prompt with explaining things. The transparent approach to solving our problem of making a website was great and it made it very easy for us. Even today they handle our day to day technical work and they help us improving the product.

We wanted an e-commerce website made in Wordpress. We were specially looking for a website with a beautiful design, good user experience, reliable and bug free along-with good loading speed. The most important part was making it smooth and bug free for our customers.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We started talking with the founder and then moved directly to talk to the developers which removed the issue with conversing with a manager as the developers were very fast to understand the work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launch we have grown from $0 to $1 million. All of our sales is from the website made by them.

We used sit every weekend to discuss the changes and work on them. As they believed working should not affected so we used to have progress report and discussions on weekends to cause 0 to no disruption to work.

They are very transparent about the pricing with no hidden costs.

I’m the founder of Content Cappuccino, a content writing agency that provides content for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and blogs and articles.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand and Beyond?

We were looking to have a website developed to increase our credibility and brand awareness.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand and Beyond provides me with web development, platform hosting, and SEO services. They utilized WordPress as their main development tool and are currently hosting the site on GoDaddy.com.

In addition, one of their requirements is to make the site responsive through mobile phones and increase its overall performance. They delivered a fully-functioning product with a good UX that can be easily be navigated by our customers.

As for the SEO aspect, they provide us with keyword research and utilize sample keywords to increase our visibility. We’re currently working with them for ongoing maintenance and support.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with the founder, web developer, graphic designer, and SEO specialist.

How did you come to work with Brand and Beyond?

I’ve known about their company for a long time since I’m friends with the founder.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent around 10,000 INR (approximately $130 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had a very clear picture and understanding of the website because I was working closely with them during the development phase. They’re able to deliver our specific requirements and implement the vision I had in my mind to produce the results we were looking for.

Moreover, they have a hand in increasing our web traffic and improving the amount of response to our online forms.

How did Brand and Beyond perform from a project management standpoint?

Brand and Beyond deliver their tasks in a timely manner, so they perform consistently from a project management standpoint.

We typically communicate through WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their proactive listening and how they’re able to deliver their requirements without charging us for extra.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could maybe improve their SEO efforts and get us better results.

Have a clear vision of what you want and communicate it accordingly so they can provide you with the goals you want to achieve.
