We are trading oil products. Our company based in Switzerland. I was responsible for finding the right company for developing a website.

We are a new company on the market and we needed an appropriate design and a quality development. That's why we hired Bran & Pole Team to help us with our goal makes it fast and beautiful

One of the platforms where I was searching for a company was clutch. I have checked them a couple of times and then one of my colleagues recommended them. So I was more the sure that they would be the best choice

I have contacted branpole and got a reply in a few hours! They immediately gave me some ideas on how to implement some things that I wanted into the website. We wrote a technical task so the team and I would understand all steps. We started working together, they were always sending me feedback on how the work is going now. It made the project go fast and easy to communicate and make any edits!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A Project Manager and I have talked to a designer a bit, so can understand what vision I have and want!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Now we are ready to go "big" in the Switzerland and Europe market. More of our clients liked the website so far! That makes my team happy and myself too. The site turned out to be quite informative for potential customers. Anyone can immediately find the information they need, so when they contact us, we immediately get down to business and do not describe our strengths or talk about the company in any way.

The project Manager was very communicative and supportive. We tried to work in Trello, but because we had a very good connection between PM and me we decided to chat in Telegram + emails. It was way easier for me and PM understood it

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a team of excellent and experienced people working in the company. From the conversation it is already clear that they even help you not only for the sake of money, but to help your business. We are still working with this company and are confident in long-term cooperation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was good! No major problems happened during our work.

We had an awful-looking website before and Bran & Pole offered us a great solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew we found the right company to work with after the first meeting, the way they described their services and what is included in the package really made us stop searching for other candidates. In our business, the most important part is to find the right person for the long-time cooperation besides the good quality of the services that they also offer.

First of all, we had a meeting to overview the project and delivery estimates. Then we had a full setup vision of the project and design, we went through it, gave all the content and they started the web-development part. After they have successfully built our website and did QA, we were happy with the end result.

We worked with the Project Manager in general, he was the one communicating with us on a regular basis, it is really comfortable when one person is responsible for the project and you don't have to describe your idea to multiple team members, this really makes the process work the right way.

After the launch of our website, we started successfully generating new leads, since Bran & Pole also gives us maintenance services, we know how much traffic growth we have gained, and the results are doing pretty well.

We had a board set up at Trello, with the most important information on the current project state, links, passwords, deliverables, and everything we need to know. Besides that, we were mainly chatting on Telegram, which was quite comfortable. They used XD Adobe for Design Creation and WordPress CMS for web development. Timeframes for creation of our website were also good, it took them 2 weeks to make a design and build a website, including basic SEO setup.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us the best service that we were looking for, considering every aspect of it, communication, design, project development, and the general vision of how the website should be created.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really

We searched for a good Web Development company with good quality and prices. After interviewing them and looking at their portfolio we decided that Bran & Pole is the best option for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Their goal is to understand the objectives, and main idea of the project and to start as soon as possible. We had a difficult design and their team showed their professionalism and advised us on what we needed. We were always updated on the progress of the project.

We already had a mockup. The team from Branpole gave us different solutions on how the website can be developed and we decided to choose WordPress with an easy admin panel. We developed the plan for the project and all deadlines were met.

As every company has a project manager the main person with whom I communicated. I have also had a chance to speak to one of the CEOs of the company, which made me feel very comfortable with my decision to choose exactly this company.

All our clients were satisfied with a new design that was developed very good.

We used Trello as a plan for the project. Every day we had a conversation with the Project Manager about the project. We were happy to see how fast the project was going.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

After we finished the project we are still communicating with the team! They helped us with the Admin Panel and they were always ready to help us with any difficulties.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I didn’t find any improvements for them. I would raise their price per project, because the quality that they produce and the price for it are great.!
