The primary goal of this project is to design a highly intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally effective user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for two distinct products: a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Mobile Application and a Business-to-Business (B2B) Web Dashboard.

Key Objectives:

D2C App: Optimize user flow for conversion, retention, and engagement. Design must be modern, fast, and mobile-first.
B2B Dashboard: Design a powerful, data-dense interface that provides clarity, efficiency, and actionable insights for business users (e.g., viewing analytics, managing clients, fulfilling orders).
Consistency: Establish a unified Design System (look, feel, and components) to ensure brand and functional cohesion across both platforms.

Outcome from Bokkap team was

User Flow Efficiency: User centric core user paths for D2C and B2B flow was provided by Bokaap team in minimal steps and hassal free user journey.

The Bokaap team delivered consistently high quality, but one opportunity for optimization lies in resource allocation for high-stakes work.
or projects designated as critical or foundational, we recommend establishing a mandatory policy for team composition. While the mix of senior and new talent was generally effective, ensuring a guaranteed higher ratio of senior, experienced designers to newer team members on these specific complex projects would further mitigate risk, improve strategic oversight, and accelerate decision-making.

I started working with Bokaap design and Niraali's team since 2014 where we did some basic website building. Since then I've had a long standing relationship with Bokaap design and have built 5 different products with them for nonprofits and edtech companies based in India, Africa and the US

The team build UI/UX and also delivered apps and websites for me
