Please describe your company and your position there.

I work for The Youth Future Savers Initiative, A Not for Profit organization based in Nigeria focused on Youth development with the aim of improving the quality of life and securing the future of young people. I am the Executive Director of the Organisation and responsible for the day to day running of its affairs

For what projects/services did your company hire BlueMatrix Technologies?

YFSI, a non-governmental organization reached out to BlueMatrix Technologies to develop a web presence for their initiative, in a bid to make public, and to provide updated information about their social impact in the society. With the current phase of development, Online presence and update is key to any organization's success, hence the thirst to make our website more functional and interactive. We, therefore, hired blue matrix to develop a web for us which will be more interactive and readily available for update

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop a web site that would be more interactive and easy for us to update with what we are currently doing. So we need a space that provided information, a space that we could easily add on our latest news, and also allow partners to provide comments and make donations easily.

How did you select this vendor?

BMT was recommended and reviewed alongside others. we noticed they had more experiences and easily understood the Nonprofit language more than others and were able to recommend solutions that readily met our expectations.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

YFSI needed to have a global presence so the public can be informed about the various ways that we have and are still having an impact on the immediate communities, with a focus on the teeming youths who are somewhat disenfranchised for some reasons beyond their controls. The website includes a section that talks about who YFSI is as an organization, with a full description of the goals, objectives, and vision. The website equally has an e-commerce functionality that allows donors to make direct donations to our organization through an integrated payment service.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of the project manager, a web and content developer, and digital creator from BlueMatrix Technologies, alongside the digital media team and the management team from YFSI.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website presence has significantly given YFSI a wider reach in that more people now have access to know more about the areas of our impact in the society when they visit the pages on the site. The page loading speed is encouraging and the design quality is top-notch. We have seen increased request coming through the website as well as engagement both on the website and social media accounts

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

BlueMatrix Technologies offered various channels of communication all through the period of the development, sometimes we worked using their business WhatsApp platform to share information, or place our requests. At other times, we communicate directly via phone conversation, and feedbacks were always provided as we reach resolutions through the project from initial contact to final launch.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Generally, their response system is very impressive and being able to provide the solution to most of our request and clarification. Their technical knowledge of the job is very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is little or no improvement needed just would advise them to improve on their legal documentation about engagement
