Elite clients also get proactive monthly check-ins with insights on how to improve their lead flow. We don't believe in unnecessary meetings or complicated dashboards. Our clients are busy tradespeople — we respect their time and make sure everything just works in the background without them having to think about it.

    Right now we're focused on onboarding residential heat pump installers and HVAC contractors across Canada — particularly owner-operated businesses with 1 to 10 employees who are seeing strong inbound demand from homeowners asking about government rebates. We're especially interested in working with contractors in high-rebate provinces like BC, Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. On the product side, we're actively building out Pro and Elite tier features — including CRM lead pipelines, custom AI personas, multi-location support, and social media optimization for Elite clients, where we write monthly posts and AI-generated content based on their completed jobs and reviews. We're looking for early clients who want to grow with the platform and are open to providing feedback that shapes the product.     Our onboarding is fast, simple, and tailored to each plan. Most clients are live the same day they sign up. UNIVERSAL FIRST STEPS (ALL PLANS) 1. Contractor signs up and checks out at blucollarai.ca via Stripe. 2. System instantly provisions a dedicated Canadian AI phone number and creates their dashboard account. 3. A welcome email is sent with their login, AI number, and setup guide link. 4. Contractor sets up call forwarding from their business phone to their AI number using carrier codes we provide — takes under 5 minutes. 5. Contractor connects their cal.com booking link so the AI can send it to qualified leads automatically. STARTER — Self-serve, live in under an hour Everything above is all that's needed. The AI immediately begins answering missed calls, qualifying leads, explaining rebates, and sending booking links. Dashboard is live with real-time stats. PRO — Self-serve + widget setup Same as Starter, plus the contractor installs a one-line chat widget embed on their website. We provide the embed code. SMS alerts and Google review automation activate automatically once the first lead comes in. ELITE — White-glove, we handle everything We configure the full system on the contractor's behalf — including custom AI persona (business name, brands, service area, pricing), CRM pipeline setup, multi-location number mapping, and social media content onboarding. The contractor provides us their business details and we take it from there. No technical involvement required.

    BluCollarAI is a SaaS platform, so there's no hard cap on client volume — each contractor runs independently on their own dedicated AI number, dashboard, and configuration. The system is built to scale. We're currently in our early launch phase and intentionally limiting our launch promotion discount to 20 contractors per plan. This allows us to deliver a high level of attention to each client, gather real-world feedback, and ensure the product performs exactly as promised before scaling further. This also means the contractors who sign up now benefit from direct access to the founder, faster response times, and the ability to influence the product roadmap. Launch pricing reflects this — early clients get tiered discounts for their first 6 months as a thank-you for being part of the founding cohort.

    BluCollarAI is a subscription SaaS product, so our "project management" is less about traditional project delivery and more about continuous product development and client success. On the product side, we work in short build cycles — shipping new features and improvements on a rolling basis. Our roadmap is directly influenced by client feedback, particularly from our early launch clients who have direct access to the founder. On the client side, each contractor's account is self-managing by design — the AI runs automatically, the dashboard updates in real time, and there are no ongoing tasks required from the client. For Pro clients, monthly performance reports provide a regular check-in on how the system is performing. For Elite clients, we conduct proactive monthly account reviews with insights and recommendations. Any issues or change requests are handled via email with fast turnaround.
