What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
First measurable item is the app itself. It came out to be beautiful and easy to use. The backend app to manage products is also easy to use. I wanted it for my existing buyers so they can look in the app for latest marble products and enquire about them. We were fed up with sending images on whatsapp every now and then, so we had Bitcodevs Digital create the app. It solved this problem of ours.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
A few days late, but that's because finalizing the design took more time as we had them develop a few mockups, and then we had some brainstorming and did not final until they came up with this great design- it cost us a few days but it was worth it. Everybody was easy to talk and work with, they responded on time and I got daily updates so that was a plus point, It made me sure about the money I was spending is worth it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was impressed with their patience when we were finalizing the design work. I kept rejecting their designs and I did not see a change in their behavior. They were so keen to understand my thought process and they helped me put it into words. What I needed was something I was not able to explain in words, but they sit down and figured it out. Apart from that- the cost and quality ratio is amazing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Bitcodevs Digital could have done differently?
Well, they need to fix their Air Conditioner. Apart from that I can't think of any ;)
