BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner and operator of an ecommerce website selling premium Japanese and Korean sweets and snacks to the EU market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bitbooms Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

When they came on board, we only had the idea plus logistics and sourcing figured out. They created a three-month-long launch strategy, facilitated the website creation process, helped us understand our target audience better, and created an online marketing strategy until Q3 2022.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Bitbooms through a recommmendation from someone in my network. The deciding factors were swift delivery time, professionalism and transparency.

We had several inital calls and a kick-off meeting to get things going. After the meeting they provided us with the strategy framework, site mockups and brand design ideas. After a few iteration rounds, planning turned into execution and the project was finished before the deadline.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A strategic consultant worked with us directly. I also know of a Wordpress developer and a social media manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site launched during the second week of December. In the two weeks before Christmas, The number of visitors and the number of orders exceeded our initial expectations by more than 50%.

The communication and the whole process were completely transparent from both sides. We used phone calls, emails and video meetings for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked their professional and data-based approach to problems. We were grateful to find a truly creative marketing business partner.
