Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Zuback chiropractic and rehab a healthcare clinic based out of Thunder Bay Ontario canada. I help people with acute and chronic pain as well those looking for help with athletic performance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bit Wave Labs, and what were your goals?

I created my own website initially through wix and was looking to really improve my look and search ability in order to build and grow my business. My goals included a new logo, improved SEO and a website where clients and patients could easily see my treatment style, directly contact me and book online with the click of a button or two.

I chose this vendor based on his previous work and reputation, price as well as his efficiency level and responsiveness time!

We had a few virtual meetings to discuss goals and vision. I gave him my thoughts on what needed to be there but really let him use his creative talents to showcase my content. I had wrote the content and had the photos professionally taken already so it was easy to trust him and what he could do with it. He was able to link my online booking site as well as set up a blog for me to create even more content.

I worked directly with Dillon - owner of the company and head of web design etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I received tons of great feedback from not only patients and clients but competitors and similar professionals. My SEO was definitely increased as my business started to see a large influx in new patients a month directly from web searches.

Dillon was available whenever I needed him or had a question. A text or call away that was answered super timely. I was never left hanging or frustrated if something wasn’t working or I didn’t like something.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dillon’s creative talents along with his outstanding professionalism and quick responsiveness make for a stress free experience. They understood my vision and exceeded all my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I will hire bit wave for all my project going forward!
