What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest outcome is simple. We went from a manual, basic setup to a fully live marketplace across web, iOS and Android, with all the app store approvals in place. The platform handles secure escrow payments and local shipping the way our market actually works, and sellers can list quickly with the tools Bit Canny built. Beyond the launch, the platform has been stable and has kept improving. Every feature we've needed as we've grown, from search and listings to the apps, has been delivered to a standard that holds up. The clearest proof of success is that Kloset Klub is now one of the strongest pre-loved fashion platforms in South Africa, and the technical foundation Bit Canny built is a real reason for that.

Project management has been a strong point, mostly because of communication. Timelines didn't always land exactly on the original date, but Bit Canny flagged it ahead of time every time, so there were never surprises. I always knew where things stood and what to expect, which made it easy to plan around. When I raised a need or gave feedback, they responded quickly and took it seriously. The communication has been consistent and proactive throughout, and that's what's made the working relationship feel solid even when a deadline shifted.

What sets Bit Canny apart is how they back startups and small businesses. As a bootstrapped founder, I was nervous at the start, and they met me where I was. They've been patient, accommodating, and willing to work with the realities of a growing business rather than treating us like just another contract. What's impressive on top of that is their diligence and their focus on quality. They don't just close out tasks, they care whether the thing actually works well for our users. That combination, real support for a small business plus genuine attention to quality, is rare and it's the main reason I'd recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bit Canny Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

The main area I'd point to is design and innovation. Bit Canny is strong on building and delivering, and where they could push further is on modernising the UX and UI, and on bringing more AI capability into the work proactively rather than when we ask. As the platform matures, that more forward-looking design and AI thinking would add real value. Outside of that, we're happy with the partnership.
