Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of Work 
Development of a fully responsive WordPress portfolio website based on the approved Figma designs for NI-CO Studio. The project includes a custom WordPress theme, ACF Pro integration, and an editable CMS for text, images, GIFs, and Vimeo videos. The website will include a Homepage, About page, Project pages, and Contact section. The build will be responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with subtle CSS-based animations, Vimeo integration, performance optimisation, and an SEO-friendly structure. A staging environment will be provided for review and approval throughout development.

Stages 
Stage 1 – Foundation & Homepage WordPress setup, theme development, CMS structure implementation, homepage development, and initial animation implementation. Review and approval prior to commencement of the next stage. 

Stage 2 – Project Pages Development of portfolio and project page templates, implementation of flexible media components supporting images, GIFs, and Vimeo videos, and completion of the content management system. Review and approval prior to commencement of the next stage. 

Stage 3 – Finalisation & Launch Development of the About page and Contact section, responsive optimisation across devices, testing, performance refinement, final review, and website launch. 

Handover
Delivery of a fully functional WordPress website with the ability to independently add projects and edit content. Includes 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support. 

Client Responsibilities
Provision of the Figma file, content, media assets, ACF Pro licence, hosting access, and timely feedback during milestone reviews.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully functional and responsive WordPress website that accurately reflects the original Figma designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The site launched on schedule, includes an easy-to-manage CMS, supports flexible media formats (images, GIFs, and video), and delivers a fast, polished user experience with subtle animations and strong performance. 

Overall, the project achieved the intended design, functionality, and usability goals.

Project management was smooth and well organised throughout. Deliverables were completed on time, and communication was responsive and professional. We checked in regularly throughout the project, including three formal review stages, which helped keep everything aligned with the original design and requirements. Feedback was addressed promptly, and any questions or concerns were handled efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was the direct communication with the developer throughout the project. Feedback was understood quickly, and updates or changes were implemented promptly without unnecessary back-and-forth. The combination of responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate made the entire process straightforward and efficient.
