The team meets deadlines and stays on budget. Big Red Jelly has been very organized from the start. The team has a comprehensive plan with clear milestones and deadlines. We communicate through weekly meetings via Zoom and Google Meet.

We had a less-than-stellar website and needed help with its design and development. We also needed support with marketing and logo changes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Big Red Jelly is responsible for designing and developing our website. The team has also been in charge of our marketing and branding efforts. For the branding phase, we've filled out an extensive questionnaire. We already had a logo but weren't thinking about changing it. However, the team has come up with great options, so we've decided to change some of our assets.

We've already completed the branding phase, and the team will start working on the website tomorrow.

We've worked with two people from Big Red Jelly. Justin was our initial salesperson, and Joshua has been our main point of contact throughout the project.

Big Red Jelly has been great in terms of project management. We communicate through Zoom and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Joshua has been super passionate about what they do, which is exciting. It's easy to keep the excitement going when the team is so invested and passionate about our project. Moreover, they're very attentive and professional, and the whole process has been seamless.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only feedback I have is that when they initially gave us the new logo designs, they only gave us one option. It would've been better to have a couple of designs to choose from.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No. We haven't done anything extraordinary to get what we were looking for. Everything has been great.

Big Red Jelly partnered with Sisterhood Supplements LLC to build a complete and compelling brand foundation from the ground up. Their scope of work included the development of a custom brand logo that reflects our mission to empower women through wellness, along with a full brand identity package featuring carefully selected typography, a modern color palette, and visual guidelines that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

They also designed and developed a professional, user-friendly Shopify website tailored for e-commerce, allowing us to confidently launch our supplements online. Throughout the process, Big Red Jelly guided us through key brand messaging decisions and visual strategy—delivering assets that position us for trust, growth, and long-term customer connection.

Although we haven’t launched yet, Big Red Jelly delivered tangible, foundational assets that position us for a successful entry into the wellness market. We now have a professionally designed website ready for e-commerce, a distinctive brand logo and visual identity that resonates with our audience, and a complete branding packet that ensures consistency across future marketing and product efforts. These deliverables have allowed us to confidently move into pre-launch planning, build strategic partnerships, and prepare for investor and pitch opportunities with a clear, polished brand presence.

Big Red Jelly demonstrated outstanding project management throughout our entire engagement. They delivered every milestone on time, even ahead of schedule despite occasional delays on our end due to coordination with a third-party vendor. 
Their team was responsive, adaptable, and incredibly patient, answering every question we had and revising deliverables until we were fully satisfied. Their communication was clear, proactive, and solution-oriented, making us feel supported and confident at every step of the process.

At Big Red Jelly, we held weekly meetings to collaborate and build our startup brand together. The first phase of the process was Brand Discovery. This allowed us to share all the essential details of our business with Big Red Jelly. They provided us with thought-provoking questions that helped us dive deep into understanding what our business truly stood for. We had several meetings to carefully discuss these insights before moving on to the next phase.

Next, we entered the Brand Core, Expression, Identity, and Guide stage. This is where everything we had discussed came together. We focused on defining our brand’s core values, tagline, logo, color palette, and more. It was a transformative phase, where we moved from conceptualizing to creating a tangible brand. Throughout this process, we continued our weekly meetings to review, discuss, and refine any elements that didn’t feel quite right, ensuring we loved every part of our brand

The final phase of our startup journey was building our website. Big Red Jelly seamlessly integrated all the assets they created for us into a stunning new website. We continued our weekly meetings during this phase, where we had productive discussions about our vision for the site. We were able to provide feedback and request changes, ensuring the website reflected exactly what we wanted. The entire website-building process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Big Red Jelly’s expertise and dedication.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I’ve never worked with a company to build branding before, so this was a completely new experience for me. Everything was so organized and thoughtfully put together, making it incredibly easy to understand and communicate what our business is all about. I especially appreciated how fast and simple the entire process was. The end result is a fantastic website that perfectly reflects who we are. Big Red Jelly’s work has helped establish us as a legitimate, well-organized company, and their impact is clearly visible in every aspect of our brand.

Vanessa: Vanessa did an exceptional job creating our website. We’re extremely pleased with the result, as it gives us a strong sense of confidence knowing that we have a website that truly supports our business. The weekly meetings were incredibly productive. Vanessa consistently showed an excellent understanding of our needs and was able to translate them into the design. Even when we changed our ideas along the way, she was always adaptable, responding quickly and thoughtfully to incorporate our new suggestions and adjustments. We are glad that Vanessa built the website for us!

I really appreciated how everything was efficiently handled in short, focused meetings—no time was wasted. Throughout the entire process, I felt confident that Big Red Jelly was delivering excellent results.

The different packages can be quite confusing. We struggled to understand when the Brand Startup phase ended and when Growth began. Despite several explanations, we still find ourselves unclear about the specific services Big Red Jelly provides during the Growth phase. To improve, it would be helpful to make these distinctions more transparent. As a business, we’d like a clear understanding of what marketing efforts we need to handle ourselves and how Big Red Jelly will assist us in reaching our goals.

They were very well organized and had a system for producing the desired results.  Things were delivered in a very timely manner.  They responded well with the naming, vision, and color design process.  When we started working on the screen layout, they initially did not all get what we were trying to convey.  However, once they figured out they were missing the mark, they quickly pivoted and adjusted things to make sure that our needs were met.  It was impressive and reassuring to see.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive / unique well the have analyzed the process and systemized it, so that it makes the process flow very well.  The fact that when we didn't follow the standard customer pattern they were able to pivot and adjust well was a close second.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Big Red Jelly could have done differently?

Don't be quite so ingrained in the process that you forget to listen to the customer.  If they say this isn't what I'm looking for, don't make them repeat it.  You're they to meet their needs, not just follow your process.  However, you did eventually listen and adjust and that was good.
