I’m the CEO of IIMA, a company that provides building maintenance and facility management services. We handle tasks such as janitorial work, technical upkeep, repairs, and general property care.

The project has resulted in improved operational efficiency and better visibility across all facility management activities. We’ve seen faster task assignment and completion times, reduced manual coordination, and more accurate tracking of janitorial work, maintenance, and repairs.

Additionally, the implementation has led to enhanced cost transparency, more structured reporting, and improved communication between teams, contributing to a higher and more consistent service quality across our properties.

As our company was newly established at the time of working with BidShore, we didn’t have a prior baseline to measure formal percentage improvements against. We needed our website to have a digital forest so kids could plant trees there, and then we could plant those trees for real.

BidShore has designed and developed our website from scratch. The team has designed the digital forest and helped us adjust it as we wanted. BidShore has also added our sponsors’ logos, set up user accounts, and added other features we needed.

We’ve gotten everything we wanted from BidShore. The website has been vocal for our project. Thousands of children have come to our website to post the trees they’ve painted. They paint the trees on small papers, take pictures, and post them on our virtual forest. We’ve received more than 500 trees.Moreover, the website has made our project more serious. Most of our sponsors have come to us after visiting our website. It has shown them that we’re a serious organization.
